Why Trinzo?
Our own story starts from an unlikely source, best told by our founder, Liam Turley.
My name is Liam Turley, CEO of Trinzo. We proudly partner with leading medical device and pharmaceutical companies worldwide, helping you navigate challenges so your breakthroughs can reach millions of patients.
This mission is especially close to my heart—my own father, Michael, was one of those patients. A lifelong stonemason, he faced immense struggles with basic tasks after his back gave way. Following back surgery and two knee replacements, his life was transformed. Now in his late 80s, he looks and feels younger than he did twenty years ago – especially when he beats me in a round of golf.
While, we often phrase what we do in business language for the market, translating it to human terms, our purpose is:

We’re a company firmly rooted in our identity and background. Today, Trinzo is at a crucial juncture. Our challenge is to grow while maintaining our unique culture. This means building on our foundation, adopting new processes and strategies, expanding our team, and evolving our culture.

A History
2016
Trinzo was founded
After becoming redundant from his previous job, Trinzo CEO Liam Turley spots a gap in the European medical device industry and the need for expert Quality and Regulatory support. Trinzo’s first client is in Munich, Germany.
2018
Trinzo powers up
Trinzo has big aspirations, and recognises the need to create a culture that will serve the company and its clients. With the support of key advisors and investors, Trinzo is firing on all cylinders.
2021
Trinzo acquires Meddev Solutions
Trinzo acquires Meddev Solutions, a respected brand in professional training and consultancy. This is a strategic move to build an elite training service and bring more impact to clients.
2022
Trinzo invests in its people
From a team of 1 in 2016 to 30 and counting today, the company shows no signs of slowing down.
2023
Trinzo goes global
Trinzo had been operating globally since Day 1, supporting clients in Europe, Australia and the US. As part of our global expansion, Trinzo sets up an office in the US.
2024
Trinzo’s new direction
In 2024 Trinzo launches its brand new business line, Enterprise Excellence. Its objective is to improve the efficiency and processes of suppliers who produce components for OEMs in the medical device industry.
