Who
How one client included sustainable learning as part of remediation processes
Background:
Our global client was in the middle of a remediation process. They were struggling with inconsistent global procedures, as well as poor validation knowledge and culture. Sites and business lines across the world were in silos, and there were over 47 sites with multiple languages.
Challenges:
Sustainable learning wasn’t just a ‘nice to have’ – it was essential. Without it, the client was susceptible to:
- Patient safety risks
- Non-compliant standards and open to regulatory challenges
- Lack of unified global approach
- Lack of codified knowledge
- Competing client/SME priorities
Result
Resolution of the 483 finding. All global employees were trained within 30 days with processes streamlined. Sustainable knowledge was developed. New global procedures and gap assessments were created

Leveraging Digital Capabilities
Trinzo partnered with a large multinational organisation to help resolve a number of key issues. The client struggled with a bloated headcount, non-standard work across sites, and a lack of global oversight. These issues had been growing incrementally over the years, due to fast growth and multiple acquisitions.
